A view from same road to the west. A steep slope down to the Smith part which contains 13 acres/Eastern One Third of the 40 acre tract. A creek runs parallel to Smith East line (north/south). The fence and creek are visable if you look closely. The creek is on the Major family property at this location, however, meanders thru the Smith part farther south. (thru the southeast corner). Our land has a moderately steep slope uphill on this ridge. When they cleared the growth for the pipeline which runs northwest thru our properties, it will make hiking thru this area much easier.
